After signing up you will receive an email containing the login informatin needed to sign into your personal control panel. The control panel can be found at cp.keepit.com

You need both your username and password to sign in. This is the same login information you use for both the control panel and the backup software. Your username is usually the email address used when your user was created.

The account owner decides his own password while signing up for Keepit. Other users will receive an automatically generated password, when the user is created.

If you cannot find your password, you can request a new one, by entering your email on the following page: cp.keepit.com/requestpassword

You need to download and install Keepit, before you can start backing up your files.
