Ensuring backup continuity after a Salesforce sandbox refresh

When you perform a sandbox environment refresh in Salesforce, the Organization ID (Org ID) changes. As a result, we are no longer able to detect the sandbox, and your backups will begin to fail.

To ensure your backups continue running smoothly, please follow these steps after an environment refresh:

I. Obtain the new Org ID:

1. Sign in to the Salesforce organization you want to check.

2. In the upper-right corner, click the gear icon and select Setup.

3. In the Quick Find search box, type "company" and select Company Information from the search results.

4. Under the Organization Detail section, locate the Salesforce.com Organization ID entry. This is your new Org ID.

II. Send the new Org ID to Support:

After obtaining your new Org ID, please send it to our support team so we can update the backend and ensure your backups continue without interruption.
