Recover Canvas apps

Canvas apps cannot be restored directly, but they can be downloaded as a ZIP package and imported through the Microsoft Power Apps page.

Before you begin, ensure that the app is part of a Microsoft solution.

To recover a canvas app

In the Keepit platform

1. In your connector, open your environment's folder.

2. Navigate to Power Apps > Canvas.

3. Optional: If you want to restore a record from an earlier point in time, open the Snapshots Viewer and select the appropriate snapshot.

4. Point to the desired app and select ••• > Download options > Download. 
The ZIP file will be downloaded to your browser’s default download location.

In Microsoft Power Apps

1. Open the Apps page.

2. In the top toolbar, select Import app > From package (.zip).

3, Upload the ZIP file you downloaded from Keepit.
