Keepit Partner Fantasy Premier League 2024 - Participation Rules 

1. Eligibility 

All registered UK partners of Keepit who have received invitations are eligible to participate in the campaign. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter the competition. 

2. Registration 

Partners must sign up for the campaign through the official Keepit registration page. Registration must be completed by 1 September 2024 to be eligible for the current fantasy football season.  

3. Participation 

After successfully registering for the campaign, participants will receive an email containing instructions on how to join the fantasy football game.  

Participants will receive bi-weekly emails from Keepit containing updates on the game and Keepit partner information. 

4. Game Rules 

Participants must actively manage their team throughout the season, adhering to the official rules of the Fantasy Premier League (available at https://fantasy.premierleague.com/help/rules).  

5. Prizes and Tax 

Prizes will be awarded to the best performing participants based on the fantasy football game’s scoring system. 

The top 4 participants every month will receive gift cards valued at £60 for 1st place, £30 for 2nd place, £20 for 3rd place, and £10 for 4th place. 

At the end of the season, the top 4 participants will receive cash payouts of £1,000 for 1st place, £250 for 2nd place, £100 for 3rd place, and £50 for 4th place. 

Prizes won in this game are subject to applicable taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the participant. By accepting any prize, the participant agrees to comply with all tax requirements and acknowledges that Keepit is not liable for any tax implications arising from the receipt of the prizes. 

6. Winner Notification 

Winners will be notified via email after the end of each month and at the season’s end. 

Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prizes, failing which the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible participant. 

7. Fair Play 

Fair play, sportsmanship, and professional conduct are expected from all participants. Any attempt to manipulate scores or engage in unethical behaviour may result in disqualification from the campaign. 

8. General Conditions 

By participating, participants agree to comply with these rules and the decisions of Keepit, which are final and binding. Keepit reserves the right to amend or update these rules at any time.  

9. Data Protection 
Participants' personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with Keepit's Privacy Policy. Data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the campaign and communicating with participants.  

Participants can opt out of communications at any time, but doing so will disqualify them from the campaign. 

10. Modifications and Termination 

Keepit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice. 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Keepit reserves the right to substitute the prizes with others of equivalent value.
