Restore a Zendesk ticket

Restoring a Zendesk ticket returns it to its original location in Zendesk.

During the restore process, you can add a tag to the ticket, which will be used to identify the restored ticket and prevent it from triggering customer-facing notifications or automations. Learn more

Restore a Zendesk ticket

1. In your connector, locate the ticket you want to restore.

2. Optional: If you want to restore an item from an earlier point in time, select the Snapshots Viewer, and select the desired snapshot.

3. Point to the item and select ••• > Restore.

4. Optional: Add a tag to the ticket.

5. Click Next

6. Review the summary, optionally add a comment, and click Restore.
