Temporary RSI report limitations for certain enterprise customers

We've implemented temporary limitations for large datasets to prevent system instability.

This affects only a small number of enterprise customers.

RSI reports may show empty or partial results for affected accounts.

Target resolution: End of January 2026 (possibly sooner)

What fails:

- Reports for connectors exceeding limits

Result:

- Empty report downloads OR partial results (connectors over limit are skipped)

- 5 retry attempts per device before skipping

What you can do:

- Generate reports for individual connectors rather than bulk requests

- Escalate to us to help them to generate individual reports
