Temporary search limitations for certain enterprise customers
We've implemented temporary search limitations for large datasets to prevent system instability.
This affects only a small number of enterprise customers.
Target resolution: End of January 2026 (possibly sooner)
What changed in release 10.13 (Nov 6, 2025)
We've added temporary search throttling limits to prevent out-of-memory crashes. When these limits are exceeded, searches now fail with error messages.
Error behavior:
- Cross-connector and root-level recursive searches will return throttling error for accounts with large datasets
Global search (cross-connector & root-Level)
What fails:
- Searching across all connectors from root level
- Root-level recursive searches on large devices
In these cases, we will show throttling error for recursive search.
What you can do:
- Navigate to specific folders before searching
- Use folder-level search (not from root)
