Seat usage

Use the usage page to get an overview of seat consumption for all your partner and customer accounts. This is also where you can download CSV reports.

All amounts are based on the last completed backup. 


Seat usage overview

Track your Partner account seats and see how your usage scales over time.

Filter by date to view daily insights or select a longer range to track usage trends across sub-accounts.

View usage by customer and connector type, including peak seat counts and account limits.

Viewing seat usage per account

To view detailed seat usage, click the Go to usage button at the customer account level. Here, you can monitor seat consumption by workload, connector type, and seat type.

Usage graphs & time ranges 

Data is displayed in a visual graph to help you track trends. You can adjust the view using the following time ranges:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 6 months
  • Custom range

When viewing usage for a specific day, the graph also displays the seat limit assigned for that date, allowing you to compare actual usage against your set capacity.

Downloadable CSV Reports

You can export seat usage data as a CSV report for both Partner and Customer accounts. The data included in the export will reflect the specific time range you have selected in the dashboard.

How to Download a Report

Depending on your current view, there are two ways to export your data:

  • For the current account: On the Seat usage card, select Download report.
  • For a sub-account (Partner view): While on the Partner usage page, locate the specific sub-account in the list. Hover your mouse over the account row and click the Download CSV icon on the right.
