Share data via a secure share

To make a file or folder accessible to others, create a secure share and send the link to anyone who needs access.

1. In your connector, locate the file or folder you want to share.

2. Optional: To share an older version of the item, click the Snapshots Viewer icon and select an earlier snapshot. You'll now be viewing data from that point in time.

3. Point to the item and click the Share icon.

4. Secure the link with a password, an expiration date, SSO authentication, or trusted IP restrictions.

5. Click Create to generate the link.

6. Copy the link and share it.

All secure shares you create are available on the Secure shares page, where you can view details, and reconfigure, copy, or delete any share.

Additional information

• Shares from the latest snapshot always reflect the most current data. If the item changes, the link updates automatically.
• Shares from an older snapshot can be locked to that specific version of the item.
